Hair on Set

Interview with the documentary makers of “Hair on Set” which highlights the lack of knowledge and provisions for Afro hair on film sets in the UK. It reveals that many Black British actors have had to arrive hours early to do their own hair or send video tutorials to explain processes. The documentary also celebrates the beauty of Afro hair and hopes to make a positive contribution towards change in the industry
