We’re launching a food and hospitality magazine in the spring about the people, places, and goings-on that make life in Scotland something to write home about. You can expect pages filled with original photography, art, stories, interviews, and sometimes a recipe or a few recommendations.

Alongside the magazine, we’ll be hosting pop-up dinners that showcase the best cooking and produce in Scotland. These nights sit at the heart of what inspires us.

We can’t wait for Tida’s dinner. Moo Noi means “Little Pig” in Thai, and is the nickname Tida’s mum affectionately gave her after seeing her plump little pink bum as a baby. Moo Noi serves up the big, herbaceous flavours of Northern Thailand, and here in the East Neuk her dishes will feature the incredible produce of Fife: East Neuk Market Garden veg, David Lowrie fish, and meat from the Butchery at Bowhouse.

Step out of the everyday, fuck your phone into the harbour, and join us at The Haven on Monday, December 15th for a six-course Thai dinner. We’ll get things started with a glass of welcome wine. There will also be special wines from Vine Trail for sale by the glass and bottle, and The Haven bar will be open for the night.

Who knows what could happen. You might make a friend, fall a little in love, or start a tiny uprising with your new comrades in dining.

The table is spread, and we can’t wait to see what the night has in store. See you there.
