Join us for the launch of our Day Retreats in East Lothian, for practicing self care. The first in a series is to celebrate the Spring and invigorate our souls.

Taking care of yourself is so important and we bring together a number of local professionals who will equip you with tools and tips and help you feel more in charge of your mind and body. Suitable for all (beginners welcomed).

Programme for the day:

Welcome & fruit tea

1 hour of Mindfulness by Lizzie at Mindfully Energised-

Health and well being and nurturing her own inner joy is a priority for Lizzie. In her practice of workshops and one to one sessions, Lizzie shares her many years of experience with her clients. She mentors meditation and mindfulness skills along with other simple techniques that have helped her and countless others over the years by showing them that life doesn’t have to be a struggle

1 hour of Ashtanga Yoga (suitable for beginners) by Caroline Foster Yoga-

My aim is to encourage as many people as possible to give yoga a try, especially the ones who think yoga is 'not for them'. It is not about being bendy or stretchy. It is about getting to know yourself better: your body, your mind, your emotions. And once we get to know ourselves a little better, we can start to accept ourselves for who we really are.

30 minutes on nutrition by Sarah Dempster, registered Nutritionist -

Specialising in family nutrition and currently studying an MSC in psychology. Especially interested in eating behaviour and body image. I approach nutrition from a weight-inclusive and food-neutral perspective. I love helping people have a positive relationship to food and their bodies.

A healthy lunch (included)

1 hour of Cultivating Your Happiness by Kelly at LustforlifecoachingScotland-

Over 10 years experience in coaching and training, I am passionate about inspiring vision setting, action planning and thinking positively. I hope to support people to find a balance in their lives and feel in control of their future.

10am - 2.30pm @ Tyninghame Village Hall

Please bring your own mat if you can, although we do have spares. Wear comfortable clothing, layers are great. Bring water and a smile.
