Hi, this is Giovanni : baking teacher and Bread Ambassador for Real Bread Campaign.

Join me, to learn the art of baking delicious bread from scratch. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their baking skills. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, knead some dough, and enjoy the wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread

During the workshop we will make the following breads :

Jerusalem artichoke ( topinambur), paprika and mixed seeds bread;

Radish and Almonds Bread;

Peas, Pumpkin seeds and Mint Bread.
