Spring Bulb Planting at Quakers Walk Project, Devizes
Overview
It’s time to plant Spring bulbs!
This is your chance to make a direct impact to the project by planting your own bulbs that you can watch grow and bloom.
Early flowering plants are vital food sources in spring for our precious pollinators. We have been improving our habitat area this year, adding in many perennial flowering plants and we would like to enrich this further with the addition of spring bulbs.
We will have crocus bulbs for everyone to plant but we would love to plant wild daffodils and snowdrops too, so please consider bringing a pack if you’re able.
Please bring any:
🟣 Crocus - the bigger the better!
🟡 Wild Daffodil (Narcissus pseudonarcissus)
⚪️ Snowdrops (Galanthus nivalis)
📍 Saturday 1st November, 10.30-12
