About this event

  • 2 hours

A home full of previously hidden treasures is the gift you will receive from this work.

Sometimes people forget where they put some precious items and their faces light up when they find them again. How you feel about your belongings will change too.

I have had clients who have said they feel a sense of peace now. Others have said that they enjoy walking into all their rooms now as they don't have a little voice in their head telling them that they must clear up. Do you know what I mean? Never again does that need to be the case!

In this talk I will chat through some of the reasons why sorting your home is good for your health and give you some starting blocks to help you on your way.

Speaker Belinda Knox

As a qualified and Gold Konmari Consultant (KonMari) and Personal Organiser, (Centre of Excellence), NLP Health Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and Life Coach, (ITS) I can help you sort, work out a system of organising and create a process for maintaining it. I have been working as a Home Organiser for eight years now. In previous lives I have been an Adult Education Teacher, a Body Therapist, an Events Director, an Author, Editor and a photographer. Sounds diverse! - However there are threads that join them all - it's helping people understand themselves, to have fun and to appreciate their surroundings. That is what makes my world turn. In my own personal life, I have a nephew who is on the autistic spectrum so I have experience of how this can impact on both the individual and the family unit. When not working, I love walking in the countryside with my husband and our young dog and am constantly amazed by how much beauty we get to enjoy so easily.

Who is this talk aimed at?

This talk is aimed at anyone who is feeling a bit overwhelmed by their life and belongings.Primarily I work with busy stressed people who don't have time for their home and together we make this part of their life work brilliantly. Happy home happier life. When we go to the gym, we often get a trainer on board to help us use the machines and maximise our membership. I am your home trainer who can help you have the best relationship with your home.
