Please use the car park adjacent to the building. On street parking is also available. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Please be considerate of our neighbours when parking.

What is your refund policy?

Bookings cannot be refunded within 14 days of the workshop or event. Do contact us if there are exceptional circumstances and we will endeavour to help. Please note that it is not possible for us to refund Eventbrite's booking fee.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

In the unlikely circumstances that we need to cancel a workshop or event, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be given a full refund or credit for another workshop if preferred.

How do I access the building?

Please note that the Top Floor can only be accessed via a flight of stairs.

Do you have a waiting list?

If a workshop or event is fully booked please contact us to be added to the waiting list.
