Event description

Are you entering a turning point, or transition in your work/life and could use some structured guidance to map out your next moves?

Are you perhaps feeling stuck and frustrated, wanting to move forward and not knowing how?

If you want structured guidance to ‘map out’ your next move, then come to Spring Forward. You will take away 3 essential tools for building a life you want:

  1. Energy: What gives you energy? What drains your energy? Notice what activities/people give you energy. When we pay attention to the situations, and people that give us energy and bring us excitement, that is where ‘real’ change can happen. Notice how effectively you can direct your energy towards the things that have meaning for you.

  2. Beliefs: What beliefs do you ‘hold’ about yourself right now? How are they useful to you? What beliefs are holding you back? When we understand our ‘blind spots’, and get to know the belief systems that hold us captive, we can be ‘at choice’ in how we move forward with ease and dynamic focus.

Spring Forward is a 1.5 day personal development workshop designed to help you make positive changes, move forward and maximise potential in life.

“You don’t become what you want, you become what you believe.” - Oprah Winfrey

If you feel stuck, personally or professionally, then this is the workshop for you.

This will be an interactive, reflective and powerful workshop where real change is possible - only come if you're ready to make that change and begin that journey!

You will walk away with:

- A clearer sense of purpose

- A map for the next phase of your life

- A greater sense of empowerment to be able to make it happen.

Gently and expertly guided by highly experienced facilitators and coaches Isabel and Jo, we will create the right space for you to explore what you really want, understanding the triggers and beliefs that might limit you, giving you tools to manage or even let go of them, so that you can move forward and begin to create your future and make it a reality. Our intention is to help create more choice for you in your life.

The workshop will have a maximum of 18 attendees, so it will have a 'small group', safe ambiance, with enough time and space for each person to be heard.

It will suit you if:

- You've ever wondered how to become more 'you' and more accepting of yourself

- You feel 'stuck' and can't move forward, personally or professionally

- You want to make changes and just need some help, and a light framework, to help you do that

- You want to maximise your potential in life

We will look at a variety of topics to support you in getting your outcomes, including: Comfort zones, Designing your Life, Future self and visioning, what’s holding you back? How we give our power away, the Rods you make for your own back (the ‘Shoulds’), Useful beliefs, State management techniques and more.

We really look forward to working with you to make the changes you want in your life.

We are structuring the days to create thinking space, and hopefully to align with 'real life outside'.

Day 1: Arrival 1.30pm for a 2pm start. Workshop finishes at 7pm

Day 2: Arrival 8.45am for a 9am start. Workshop finishes at 5.15pm

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided for break times. The local shops and cafes of Kingston are a 5 minute walk away for lunchtime. If you need accommodation, the local Travel Lodge and Premier Inn are a 5 minute walk away.
