Refunds are available right up to 24 hours before the event

Are gong relaxation sessions suitable for everyone?

Generally, there are very few exceptions however it's not suitable if you suffer from sound-induced epilepsy, serious heart conditions, acute or serious mental health problems, have a pacemaker or an implant fitted, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, just wear comfortable clothing as mats, blankets, pillows, and water are supplied. However, you are welcome to bring your own along with anything else that makes you feel more comfortable

What exactly happens in a session and do I need to do anything?

All you need to do is lie on the mat (or sit, if you prefer) and let the sounds wash over you. There's no need to meditate, chant or do anything like that. If you want to think about what's for tea, that's fine though I guarantee you will soon forget about that!
