Spring Larder Workshop

Local Food Works is delighted to welcome Stella Collelouri, a well known personality in Fife food circles, to host a hands-on food workshop. Stella is the driving force behind Hatters & Co, a catering company that works with many organisations across the region. In this interactive and fun workshop, Stella will delve into our local larder, showing us how to create a delicious spring lunch using local ingredients such as spinach and lamb.
No experience necessary, just come along and learn about local food and pick up some great cooking tips along the way.... and remember as it's Mothering Sunday two days later, this could be the perfect time to reserve your place!
This is a free workshop, but those interested in attending must register on the link below. Please also remember to bring a sealable container with you so that you can take away some of the wonderful food. We will look forward to seeing you then!
