The first week of our Spring Marathon Training programme.
Our focus this week is Get. It. Done. as simple as that.
No heroics, don’t worry about your pace just a good solid 6 mile run then brunch.
We will have PACEHEADS running at 8, 9 and 10 minute mile pace and our runs are self managed so please be sure you know the route and come equiped ready to run.
Our route is starting and finishing at Preston Park Rotunda Café, taking in London Road, the Old Steine, St. James’ Street and the seafront. A gentle climb takes us up The Drive and back to Preston Park via the Upper Drive and passing the steps of Lovers Walk.
Brunch is at Preston Park Rotunda Cafe so bring some coins for a cuppa!
