Our focus this week is to PUSH PACE!
This is a flat 8 mile run starting at The Big Beach Café in Hove.
The scope of this run is to Push the Pace, maybe use this to test out where you are vs your race pace? We start by sampling what Basin Road feels like to run up and down and then we head back along the seafront all the way into town, turning at the Brighton Centre and heading all the way back to the Big Beach Café for a Fatboy bacon sandwich.
We will have PACEHEADS running at 8, 9 and 10 minute mile pace and our runs are self managed so please be sure you know the route and come equiped ready to run.
