This week is a 9mile CONTROLLED run starting at The Preston Park Rotunda.
We are going to mimic some of the Marathon course by heading up and around the Park to start with and running all the way down London Road to St James Street, turning right at the end of St James Street and heading down towards the seafront. We follow the seafont path until we hit the ramp at the mariner and then we turn around and head back towards Brighton, turning up The Old Stein, past the pavillion and back up London Road to Preston Park.
You think you’ve finished but you go around the Park one more time and finish at the start.
Then we EAT!
We will have PACEHEADS running at 8, 9 and 10 minute mile pace and our runs are self managed so please be sure you know the route and come equiped ready to run.
