Join us for the launch of our FREE Spring Marathon Training Group.
From November 2016 to April 2016 TRS Brunch Runners will focus on spring marathon training. Our training plan has carefully been designed by The Run Squad coach Dan Stepney. We are open to ALL paces and abilities because we have a superb team of PACEHEADS who will be on hand each week to pace our runs.
If this is your first marathon or your 10th marathon you are welcome to join us. We are a sociable group but that doesn't mean we don't always give our best! We will push our own boundaries, take you on some great routes and give you the best company to brunch with - we promise!

Then join us from 9am at Yellowave Beach sports for a 7 mile run, then we head back to Yellowave for brunch (on us), a Q&A with Dan Stepney and an open discussion about marathon training and how to get the most out of your training.
There is no sign up forms to the TRS BR marathon training group, just book in each week via our website to hold your place for that weeks run. Simple! You can also see the next 3 weeks runs on our TRS BR web page so if you can't make a Sunday run for whatever reason you can always make up the distance in your own time.
Our run will start at Yellowave, head east to Brighton Marina and follow the undercliff path to Rottingdean. Return towards Brighton following Clifftop path and head for the pier before turning east on Madeira Drive to Yellowave approx 7.5 miles.
