Our launch morning will consist of a 5 mile run, brunch (on us) followed by our LAUNCH PROGRAMME.
Our marathon training plan has carefully been designed by Dan Stepney.
Dan is a British Athletics Coach for Nike+ Run Club and Head Coach at Bigg Performance.
He knows his stuff!
November through to April will see an intelligent training period designed for those who want to train smart and better their BEST.
Our team of PACEHEADS will be on hand weekly to offer pacing from 8, 9 and 10 minute miles.

There are no sign up forms to the TRS BR marathon training group, just book in each week via our website to hold your place for that weeks run. Simple! You can also see the next 3 weeks runs on our TRS BR web page so if you can’t make a Sunday run for whatever reason you can always make up the distance in your own time.
