By BuzemanArt - local artist Joyce Buzeman

Overview

This workshop is open to all abilities—no painting experience needed. The focus is on freedom, curiosity, and fun rather than perfection.

Step into spring and get gloriously messy in this playful, hands-on painting workshop inspired by blooming meadows and fresh green landscapes. No brushes allowed! Instead, we’ll explore colour and texture using our hands, sponges, natural materials, cardboard, fingers, and anything else that makes interesting marks.

This workshop is open to all abilities—no painting experience needed. The focus is on freedom, curiosity, and fun rather than perfection. You’ll experiment with vibrant spring colours, layered textures, and expressive movements to create your own joyful meadow scene.

Expect:

  • Lots of paint, splashing, dabbing, and smearing
  • A relaxed, supportive atmosphere
  • Sensory-rich exploration and creative play
  • Unique artwork that celebrates spring in your own way

Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy and bring your sense of adventure. Come for the colour, stay for the laughter, and leave with a one-of-a-kind spring meadow masterpiece. 🌼🎨
