ABOUT THE EVENT HOST:

Join Magdalena, a certified Sound Therapist and Holistic Health Coach at Rising Crow Therapies (Bristol), to a magical concert of Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, and a Gong.

During the sound meditation session (also known as "sound bath"), you will experience deep relaxation and release of blockages and tensions, as well as calming down the stressful thoughts and emotions that are often accumulated in the body.

Its incredibly healing and a fantastic way to end a long day and enjoy your mid-week mini retreat!

Please bring a mat, eyemask and a blanket so that you are warm and cozy!!
