Spring Showcase 2017 - Group Tour & Talk 22 April 2017

Congratulations on your fabulous engagement news and thank you for booking into our Spring Showcase Open Day on Sunday 23rd April.

Bawdon Lodge Farm & Sami Tipi, would like to invite you and your partner to one of our Exclusive Showaround Tours on Saturday 22nd April.

As so often happens on Open Days, visitors have so many questions to ask our teams that we do not often get to speak to everyone. So, this is a great opportunity for you and your partner to come along and meet the teams and find out how both Bawdon Lodge Farm and Sami Tipi can support you in the lead up to and on the day of your wedding. This tour will give you a chance to ask all the questions you are burning to know including availability, prices, what happens, what's included etc. There are also a few extra special treats thrown in too from our very special industry friends.

On the Open Day on the Sunday, there will be lots of other suppliers for you to chat with, styling to inspire you and a pop up shop full of products from DIY styling to gifts for the wedding party and so much more.

What’s involved?

• Arrive at the farm at your chosen scheduled time. (See below for a link with directions).
• Take a guided tour of the grounds & fields, visit our impressive oak tree, see where your tipi might locate and the best places for those all important photographs.
• Then join us for a warm cup of something and some homemade goodies in the tipis.
• There will be an overview of both Bawdon Lodge Farm and Sami Tipi, including the services we offer and an opportunity for you to ask those all important questions – so don’t forget your notebook!
• We will then send you away with inspiration, a million ideas to think about and an EXCLUSIVE goody bag!

How does that sound? Showarounds will last approximately 1½ hours. Please arrive by the start time.

Please register your place by selecting the date and time that suits you and your partner.

Please ensure you book 1 place per couple.

Numbers are limited due to space and therefore we can accommodate only couples on this first visit. If you wish to arrange a follow up visit to include additional visitors such as parents and friends; Please book them into the Open Day. Thank you.

Please dress practically for being outside in a field and wrap up warm.

Showarounds are groups of up to 30 people (e.g 15 couples).
