Spring Sound Bath: The Season of Renewal & Release

This session is designed to detoxify stagnant energy and release frustration, creating space for emotional flow and helping you to feel vibrant and renewed for the new season.

Join us for a restorative sound journey guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This unique experience focuses on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians and the Wood element, which support your inner courage and creative vision. Find profound rest and a seasonal renewal as you journey inward.

You’ll Experience:

• A full-body sound journey using Himalayan full moon singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
• Focused energetic support for the Wood element and liver–gallbladder meridians.
• Guided rest, seasonal reflection, and emotional release.
• A grounding tea ritual to gently return you to the present moment.
