Whether you're a curious beginner or looking to strengthen your skills, this short course will give you a welcoming space to experiment with language and explore a range of creative writing styles.
We will look at a variety of forms, including prose fiction, poetry, memoir, and script. We will also consider how we look at the world as writers, and how writing intersects with music, visual art, and place. Through exercises, discussion, and supportive feedback, you'll discover your unique voice while learning to craft compelling work.
From constructing believable dialogue to finding your poetic rhythm, each session is designed to inspire new ideas and help you build confidence in your writing.
