We have regular sessions with Neuro-Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor Sasha Baggaley on Mondays from 2.45-3.45pm at Christchurch Morningside, 6a Morningside Road, EH10 4DD.

The Spring Sessions runs for 10 weeks (24th April - 26th June 2017). Please remember to change to a new date if you get a 'sold out' message. Earlier dates may be full, but places are available for later dates.

PLEASE NOTE: SESSIONS ARE NOW FULL. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO BOOK ANY SESSIONS AFTER 1st MAY 2017.

Core stability is the foundation of Pilates. It aims to promote strength, stamina, balanced muscle development, flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints. As your core strength develops so does stability throughout your entire torso, which can help with some of the mobility and postural issues of PD. Additionally, reducing the effort placed on the body during everyday activities can help reduce fatigue levels.

Sessions are free. Booking is recommended as places are limited. You can book several sessions in advance.

NOTE: You do not have print off the tickets - we only use booking to ensure we don't have too many turn up when we have limited places.
