A day filled with choices to enable you to discover and experience new therapies and to learn new ways to enhance, boost or maintain your wellbeing. Enjoy a wide range of talks from a selection of therapists in our team and indulge in a complimentary 30minute treatment of your choice.

Come along for any or all of the talks. You’re welcome to come and go during the day once you’ve purchased a ticket. Adapt the day and the timings to suit you. Book a treatment around the times of the talks you’re most interested in.
