About this event
Would you like to know how to reduce the amount of plastic you use in your gardening? Learn how to creatively switch to biodegradable alternatives to plastic to avoid contributing to the pollution and harm to wildlife and our environment.
Come along and join Tricia Gibbons and Joy Bird, our green fingered experts, to guide you through an array of simple recycled and upcycled ideas for you to trial out in your own gardens balconies or windowsills!
With coffee, conversation and community to boot, this workshop hopes to nurture your wellbeing for and approach to the planet for an hour
Tickets are £3 per person. Fully funded tickets available to those who need one.
Please note, this session is open to all the family.
We are Covid courteous and welcome personal preferences for masking wearing or social distancing.
Please also note the following:
• If you are travelling by car, please park on Marshall Avenue and then walk to the allotment.
• There is one toilet and and hand-washing facilities available for you to use at Sandridge Road Allotments.
