About this Event
Yoga weekends offer the tools to rejuvenate, refresh, and also start laying the foundations of spiritual practice that will enable us to provide you with the beginnings of a support system to help you navigate through the stresses of life.
What’s on offer?
Either attend the retreat online from your own home or come to Glastonbury. (If Covid still about we can run the retreat online)
Morning yoga and breathing exercises to rejuvenate, plus meditation and the chance to read and journal
Venue: Lovely period cottage. Each room has been decorated in a specific style. A choice of sharing or your own room (single person supplement if not sharing). The buildings are listed and full of different characteristics, so only one is onsuite and the rest are a shared bathroom.
All meals including excluding lunch.
Transport to and from the venue is not included but travel will be coordinated so you can taxi-share or come by coach.
