Spring Yoga Workshop: let's enjoy the lengthening light of Spring

Let's enjoy the lengthening light of Spring. We don't always need to improve, sometimes we just need to appreciate where we are. The theme of this workshop is 'you are enough'.
We will work with an intention through a Hatha based flowing and focused series of asanas visualising the power of their symbolism and exploring the heart chakra. There will be a short guided meditation, pranayama and deep relaxation.
3.00-3.10 Introduction and Savasana to deepen the breathing and allow body and mind to relax and absorb your intention for the workshop. You are of course feel to choose your intention, or focus on the key theme 'you are enough'.
3.10-3.20 Guided seated meditation 'the lotus and the flame'.
3.20-4.30 Flowing and focused Asana practice with attention on opening the Anahata heart chakra (meaning "unhurt, unstruck, and unbeaten")
4.30-4.40 Brahmari Pranayama (Humming Bee Breath) to help focus and centre the breath and the mind.
4.40-4.55 'Yoga Nidra' finding that state of consciousness between waking and sleeping to welcome yourself and revisit your intention through a guided meditation.
