Welcome to Our Lighthouse Explorers' Trip to Spurn Point Lighthouse!
This trip will involve a 6-mile hike - the total return trip from the Spurn Heritage Coast Visitor Centre to the lighthouse and back. We'll then hopefully go up the lighthouse, weather permitting! I estimate that this trip will involve around 2 hours of walking.
Important to note: no one can drive up to this tower.
Trip Highlights:
- Group Tour: We'll meet at Spurn Heritage Coast Visitor Centre, and walk up to the lighthouse together! The walk there will be 3 miles, and will probably take around an hour to complete.
- Lighthouse: We'll then be aiming to go up the lighthouse, weather dependent of course. I'll let you know nearer to the time if there are any changes to the plan. There is a small fee to go up the lighthouse (£4). At the top, we'll have a 360-degree view of the wonderful Spurn Point from the lantern room!
- Commemorative Badge: Every Lighthouse Explorers group trip attendee will receive a limited edition badge with the lighthouse we're visiting!

Parking: Parking is available at the Spurn Heritage Coast Visitor Centre.
