I'm afraid that we are not equipped to handle cash and as we have to notify the hotel in advance of our numbers, we cannot accept anyone that has not booked on Eventbrite before the event itself.

Smart casual attire is recommended for this event.

You can cancel your ticket at any point up to the closing date. After the closing date there are no refunds available nor can the booked space be transferred to another date in the future.

Eventbrite applies a non-refundable fee to every ticket sold. While we usually cover this fee, in the case of a cancellation, the refund issued reflects the total amount paid minus these non-refundable fees.

Photographs / videos will be taken during this event which may be used in publications, on our website and on our social media channels. If you’d prefer not to appear in any photos we may publish please let a member of the committee know on arrival.
