SYNOPSIS

Most organisations have established ways of working that are far from Agile, reaching deep into traditional IT teams, as well as Finance, HR and other functions.

So, what areas of friction and dysfunction persist as Agile scales-up?

And what resolutions are readily available to help us harmonise Agile and non-Agile activities?

In this talk, the author of a new Agile novel on exactly this topic will share a subset of favourite insights.

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY

Jeremy is a digital, Agile & AI advisory consultant. He’s passionate about fixing stuff that’s broken – especially for organisations that bring societal value.

A former Group Head of Digital, Jeremy has been central to several digital transformations. He’s distilled what he learnt into his 2024 book, ‘Ridgemoor’ which has been compared favourably with ‘The Phoenix Project’.

A keen rambler, Jeremy lives in on the edge of the Peak District with his wife, daughter and an anxious lurcher … all of whom are encouraged to organise their lives on a Kanban board.
