Squishy Munchkins half price baby yoga taster session is the perfect opportunity for parents and their little ones aged 8 weeks to 18 months to bond and relax together. Join us at The Open Space for this in-person event where you can learn gentle yoga techniques specifically designed for babies. Our instructor will guide you through the session, helping you and your little munchkin to stretch, move, and relax. Don't miss out on this wonderful chance to connect with your baby in a calming and supportive environment!
Our aim is to create a calming environment in which you and your baby feel comfortable, relaxed and able to leave any stress at the door. The classes are baby led, so feel free to tend to your babies needs if they cry, need feeding, need changing or need a cuddle.
On arrival there will be a yoga mat and cushions to ensure you and your little one can feel relaxed and comfortable. Drinks and snacks will also be available. Twins are welcome with no additional charge.
The session will start with a welcome and some relaxation exercises. Then we will move onto the yoga moves for that session. We finish the session with a more social experience. Your baby can play with the sensory equipment provided, while you get to chat with other local parents with a drink and sweet snack.
Come and join us at The Open Space, Draycott West, Elcot Mews, Elcot Lane, Marlborough. There is free parking available on the other side of the building at the football club.
