SRA Accounts Rules for Fee Earners & Support Staff

This course will give you the knowledge to confidently know what money you can hold in the client account, as well as the tools to ensure you are compliant while doing so to adhere to the Accounts Rules when working on your clients’ cases so you keep your own and the firm’s reputation and finances safe.

- Know when you are acting as a banking facility.
- Understand when you can take client money for costs.
- Understand your role in dealing with client money.

FAQs
Cancellation requests must be in writing. The fee remains payable and is non-refundable but delegates may transfer, on request, to another online training if appropriate, a discretionary fee may apply.
In the case of cancellation by the ILFM we will refund 100% of the fee, or allow a free transfer. In the event of a cancellation at any time by the ILFM, for whatever reason, liability will be limited to a refund of any delegate fee paid.
The ILFM accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness or otherwise which may be attributable to the facilities or services provided at any venue.
