SRA Accounts Rules

This session will provide an outline and review of the SRA Accounts Rules.

It is between 2 and 3 hours duration depending on the number of questions raised during the session.

Who is it for?

This training will be valuable for all those looking for an introduction to the rules and anyone working in legal finance, whether as cashier or senior management role.

An understanding of the key aspects of the current Accounts Rules and the potential implications of non-compliance.

What will it cover?

Following the shift to Outcomes Focused Regulation, the current Rules allow firms flexibility in how they comply. The training therefore has an emphasis on the practical application of the rules, and best practice, to help law firms to be compliant.

The training will involve everyday scenarios, case studies and practical guidance.

BY BOOKING THIS TRAINING YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE SESSION BEING RECORDED AND DISTRIBUTED TO ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS.

All of our online training is live and interactive, enabling you to liaise and pose questions to our experienced experts during the broadcast. All of the experts have worked, or work in legal practice, dealing with all aspects of legal finance, enabling them to share their in-depth knowledge and experience in compliance areas such as the changes to the SRA Accounts Rules.

They are broadcast live on the advertised date and time and can be continuously replayed for up to 30 days after broadcast. You will receive an email with the replay link as soon as possible once the webinar has concluded.

Upon completion of the online training you will be presented with a set of multiple choice questions to demonstrate your understanding. You are required to obtain a 75% pass rate in order to obtain the CPD points and certificate. If you score below that mark, we will provide advice and guidance on additional courses and training workshops you can take to further your knowledge.

3 hours of CPD training applicable.

We appreciate that attending half and full-day classroom style workshops is not always possible or convenient and that they can involve additional costs such as travelling costs or impact on time. Our live interactive training means you can obtain CPD training without having to leave the comfort of your desk.

FAQs

Cancellation requests must be in writing. The fee remains payable and is non-refundable but delegates may transfer, on request, to another online training if appropriate, a discretionary fee may apply.

In the case of cancellation by the ILFM we will refund 100% of the fee, or allow a free transfer. In the event of a cancellation at any time by the ILFM, for whatever reason, liability will be limited to a refund of any delegate fee paid.

The ILFM accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness or otherwise which may be attributable to the facilities or services provided at any venue.
