Class Goal:

Deliver in depth RockShox suspension service content to technicians that desire to increase their service offerings and ability to return the rider to their bike faster with expanded services. Topics covered in this class include 200 hour fork services on RockShox forks, 200 hour damper services on RockShox rear shocks, and 600 -hour service on RockShox Reverb AXS. Students will develop an increased ability to deliver high quality advanced services and leave with the confidence to implement these services in their retail environment.

What the STUdent will take away:

  • 200 hour front suspension service

Technician will learn RockShox service of suspension lower legs, air spring, and dampers on two different suspension systems, to confidently implement suspension service into retail. Teaching all best practices for RockShox, including practice time of the service for best results at retail.

  • 200 hour rear suspension service

Technician will learn RockShox service of rear suspension with focus on air spring and dampers services, to implement suspension service into retail. Teaching all best practices for RockShox complete service, including practice time of the service for best results at retail.

  • 600 hour Reverb AXS service

Technician will learn service of RockShox dropper seatpost, learning a complete service with a focus on diagnosis of post to implement suspension service into retail.

  • SRAM MTB disc brake service - DOT

Technician will learn service of SRAM Mountain Brake lever, learning a complete service with a focus on diagnoses of levers, in-depth service and bleed procedures.

  • Understanding proper tool use and torque

Technician will continue their learning of proper tool use, the use of proper torque, and what happens if torque specification is not adhered to in services..

  • Learning and creating plan for implementation of services

Technician will learn basic needs to be able to deliver all services at retail including RockShox tools needed, space requirements, and proper marketing support to see these services succeed.

Where is the training held?

We deliver the training from a dedicated training room within our UK distributer ZyroFisher who are based in Darlington

Who will be delivering the training?

SRAM have a dedicated trainer for the UK who is very knowledgeable about the products, procedures as well as the UK market

What is the set up?

The course will be a mix of theory work, demonstrations and practical hands on work. We have 6 work spaces so classes are relatively small so you get a high level of interaction with the trainer.
