Agenda: Take a break from midterm stress and join us for Wellness and Gratitude: Reflection and Craft. This hands-on workshop will include a short discussion on the benefits of gratitude for personal wellness, followed by a creative craft where you’ll design your own gratitude keychain to carry with you as a reminder of the things that matter most. Come enjoy some tea, cookies, peaceful music, and a chance to slow down, reflect, and recharge.

Agenda: This session helps alleviate common "student symptoms" like stiffness, tension, and discomfort through simple movements that promote physical and mental well-being. You will learn active and passive stretching, mobility exercises, and techniques to improve blood flow while relieving pain in the back, neck, shoulders, and wrists.
Note: Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, as our supply is limited.
