About this event

To help share guidance and information, as well as facilitating discussion between members, the SSA is establishing a series of video conference calls and webinars.

This call will focus on club structures.

Among the key issues that have been raised in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic have been problems in accessing funding and other support for clubs that are either unincorporated or have a legal structure which precludes them from certain support.

This session will discuss some of the legal structures that are available, with input from the Scottish charity regulator, OSCR, and the Scottish Football Association. It will highlight the key areas clubs should consider when planning for the future and how best to structure themselves for their requirements.

For top tips on video conferencing etiquette, please see our short guide, available here.
