Get more from your studies with our complimentary Study Skills workshops on Saturdays throughout 2016/17.
Academic skills workshops for undergraduate students in the School of Social Sciences, History and Philosophy.
After working hard on your crucial research for your assignment it can be challenging to integrate it into your work in the proper academic style. Hone your referencing skills and ensure you are not caught out for plagiarism with our Summarising, Paraphrasing and Quoting for Academic Purposes seminar.
Academic skills are crucial to your success in your studies. They help you to become an efficient and effective learner. These workshops will introduce you to the academic skills that are expected of you as an undergraduate student.
The workshops will be run by Sara Steinke who is an experienced teacher at Birkbeck.
Refreshments of teas and coffee will be available at our study sessions.
