St Albans Support Group

We would love to welcome you to our in-person monthly support group in St Albans!

We are also pleased to have our Lending SPACE team coming with lots of equipment ready to borrow!

Our support group is open to all parents/carers/families who are raising children and young people with neurodiverse conditions including autism and ADHD.

Your child/young person does not need a diagnosis in order for you to access our groups, and the support group is FREE to attend.

Booking is not essential but if you do book a place via Eventbrite it helps us to anticipate numbers.

SPACE staff Mel and Suzie will be ready to give you a warm welcome where we will be taking some time out to run a relaxed crafting session. Even if you are not into crafting, you are most welcome to join us for a hot drink, biscuits and a chat at this informal session. We are also delighted to share that we will be joined by Clare Tominey‑Smith from DSPL7. Clare, a Specialist SEND Worker, will be chatting with parents about how DSPL supports local families and the help available in our community.

We are a friendly, knowledgeable and supportive team, and the SPACE staff are all SEN parents ourselves, so we really do understand the high's and lows of raising children with neuro-developmental differences.

Teas, coffees and biscuits are all provided!
