At this event you will meet a range of people/organisations with stalls and information. In addition we will be running talks throughout the event on Confidence building, Being Assertive and Building Courage. Often the mental health of those people doing new things such as finding work/volunteering or returning to study is a pressure point for their mental health to worsen, our support continues and people know they can access all our services to support them to stay in work/volunteering/study.
Mind in Mid Herts offer a holistic approach to our service offer including individual support to create CV’s, coaching for interviews as well as group work on researching and looking for employment opportunities.
