St. Anne's Church Services - Limited Numbers with Social Distancing

About this event

Having undertaken a risk assessment we are able to safely seat 50 people in church taking into account the 2m distance rule (this may change if the distance is reducing to 1m). With this in mind, we are proposing to hold 3 Sunday morning services. (apart from the 6 week summer break when we will hold 2).

  • 9am Common Worship Morning Prayer* (traditional service)
  • 10.30am Contemporary Service*
  • 12pm Contemporary Service

Attendance at these services will be carefully managed. People will be asked to inform us which service they wish to attend by booking through the website (or by phoning the vicarage). Unfortunately there will be no creche facilities or Sunday School at this stage. Our wardens will be on hand to welcome you to church and a queuing system will be in operation. Once inside church, you will be ushered to your seats. At the end of the service, you will be asked to follow a sequenced exit strategy meaning there are no accidental ‘gatherings’ breaking the 2m rule.

* We are planning to livestream the 9am and 10:30am services on the Internet for those unable to attend in person. If you have any concerns about being present at an event which is being broadcast live, or have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact us. The 12pm services will not have any recording or live streaming.
