Welcome to the St Clears 10K event! Lace up your running shoes and get ready to hit the pavement on Sun Aug 17 2025 at 11:00 AM from the St Clears Leisure Centre.
Following from last years success the 10K will include the West Wales 10K Road Champoinship so here's your chance to grab a West Wales medal.
Organised by the TROTs running club and under the Welsh Athletics rules the run is chip timmed will take you through the town of St Clears and out around the local scenic countryside. The run takes place all on the road and will include a number of inclines and declines. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun challenge, this event is perfect for all levels of fitness.
