Technology has become a dominant force in the lives of young people during lockdown, with undoubtedly numerous positives to be found and challenges to work through. With issues like inappropriate sharing and screen addiction constantly in the spotlight, St Helen & St Katherine School is excited to welcome back leading online safety organisation, Digital Awareness UK, to deliver an online safety webinar to help our parents feel empowered when it comes to supporting their children in this space.
The 1-hour webinar, exclusively for parents and carers, will be followed by at 30-minute Q&A session.
Here, Digital Awareness UK will talk you through:
1. Popular online apps and digital wellbeing trends
2. Critical issues for you to be aware of
3. The practical steps you can take to protect your children from online risk and to encourage happy and healthy tech habits
