How do I register for the event?

By purchasing tickets through the event page. Please note all tickets are priced at £75 plus eventbrite fee. Dietary requirements (including vegetarian) and any allergies should be noted on the order form.

Will tickets be available at the door?

No, ticket sales will close approximately two weeks prior to the event in order to provide final numbers to the venue.

What is included in the ticket price?

Drinks reception with entertainment, 3 course dinner, evening entertainment from a live band. The menu will include a vegetable soup starter, roast beef main course (vegetarian option of Vegan Butternut Squash Risotto with Leek and Spinach), and a trio of desserts.

No, the event is for over-18s. Only service animals are permitted at the venue.

Yes! The event is black tie.

Is parking available?

Yes, the hotel has a multi-storey carpark to the rear. The Great Northern multi-storey closes at 1am. There is additional car parking available at Value Park or in surrounding streets. Please be mindful of parking restrictions to avoid fines.

What is the refund policy?

As this is a charity event, tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting the school office.

Can I choose where to sit and who is on my table?

Attendees will have the flexibility to choose their own seats on the map, or accepting those automatically assigned. We cannot move seats once purchased, so we suggest that groups co-ordinate their purchases accordingly to ensure that they are seated together.

Will there be anything to purchase on the night?

Yes! We will be selling raffle tickets on the night, the proceeds from which will be shared between the school and our chosen charity, the Children's Cancer Unit at the RVH. Tickets will be £10, purchased via cash or QR code.
