Get ready for a family friendly bone-chilling experience at St John's Haunted House! This hair-raising event will take place in October half term. Bring your friends and family along for screams and thrills!

Get spooked as you explore rooms at St John's House, see them as you've never seen them before. Discover the traditional story of Rapunzel and the wicked witch, with no frying pans in sight. Go on a trail through the woods, past Rapunzel’s tower and watch out for the wicked witch.

Make slime to take home and get messy making potions and enjoy messy play.

All activities take place inside or undercover outside.

Buy a hot drink, and snacks, from the coffee van while your children make potions and slime. Undercover seated area available.

Dressing up welcomed for children and adults.

What to expect:

  • The experience is family friendly and suitable for children with accompanying adults.
  • Your experience will last from 75 - 90 minutes. Your experience will last from 75 - 90 minutes. Site closes at 5.30pm.
  • A walk through haunted house experience, consisting of a suite of rooms on the ground floor at St John's House
  • Children's trail through the haunted house
  • Only paying children will make slime and a witch craft, if you want your 2 year old child to take part in these activities please book a child ticket.
  • Messy play area making potions
  • Halloween playdough area for under 5s
  • Coffee van for hot drinks and snacks

Spaces are limited so book soon.

Some activities will take place undercover outside and in our activity centre so please dress for the weather.

Disabled parking only available at St John’s House, please contact us in advance to reserve a space. Access to St Nicholas Park via St John’s Brook Gardens will be available for paid parking there.

Hot drinks and snacks available to buy from the onsite Coffee van.

£12 children, £6 adults, Children 2 and under are free.

Cancellation Policy:

· Tickets cannot be refunded or returned.

· Refunds will not be offered for non-attendance at an event.

· Tickets are not transferable and accordingly may not be sold or passed to any third party

· Free tickets can be cancelled at any time via Eventbrite.

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel an event at any time.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, we will offer you an alternative date where possible. If an alternative date is not possible, we will issue you a full refund for your ticket cost.

We cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred to you due to the cancellation of an event.
