Welcome to the New St Mary Cray Repair Cafe at Sea Cadets Corps BR5 4AS! Join us on Sat 1st Nov 2025 from 10AM for a fun and eco-friendly event. Bring your broken items and our skilled and experienced repair volunteers will help you fix them for free! Whether it's a wonky toaster, a wobbly chair or a moth holed jumper, we've got you covered. Let's reduce waste and learn new skills together. See you there
Our volunteers will look at small eletronics, if parts are needed, they will let you know where to order your part and when you can come back to have it fitted at the next event. We do carry some spares so if it is something simple, it may be fixed there and then.
If you have small furniture that needs repair, visit us to see what can be done, it may be a repair to exactly how it was or an upcycle to update your piece.
Do you have a treasured piece of clothing that has a stain or a tear or moth eaten hole and you are not sure what to do. Our experienced team can help you.
Do you have a bike maintenance issue or problem with your bike? We can help with that!
** All repairs are at the discretion of our experts and their decision is final. All repairs will also require you to sign a waiver.
This ticket enables you to join the queue for Repair, it does not give queue priority. Repairs can take up to an hour and the session finishes at 1pm sharp so please arrive early. No repairs accepted after 12:30pm.
We will be selling tea, coffee & cakes to cover our costs and provide some colouring or crafts to keep the kids occupied.
