This will not be an evening of traditional G&T with ice and a slice, but will open your eyes to the different types of gins, dressings and mixers that are now available. Far from being the preserve of the golf club, gin is now considered to be positively hip. Gin distilling has moved on massively in recent times, with smaller suppliers building on tradition to experiment and add new flavours and a contemporary twist to their products. When these gins are mixed with different complimentary dressings (such as mint, cucumber, raspberries or pink grapefruit) and mixers (beyond straight Indian tonic) then a whole new and exciting gin tasting experience can be enjoyed.
