Transport & Address:
We will be working at Chalfont St. Peter's Memorial Garden off Church Lane. We will meet on site at 10am and finish at approximately 3.30pm. The garden is behind Gold Hill Baptist Church - Church Lane, Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross, SL9 9RF.
Parking is available in Church Lane Car Park (pay & display) opposite the church. Nearest postcode is SL9 9RN.
Please can we ask everyone to arrive on time to ensure you do not miss the health & safety and task briefing. If you are late and the session has already started, you may not be able to join. Thank you.

The Task:
Join us and help us to keep St Peter's Memorial Garden a lovely place to visit for people and wildlife. We will be planting a native hedgerow, scraping wildflower turves, cutting back ivy and planting some fresh new plants.
Timings (please note these timings are approximate):
10.00: Arrival for safety briefing, please don't be late!
10.15: Work begins
11.30: Tea & coffee break
13.00: Lunch Break - please bring your own
15.30: Work finishes, time to go home!
What to bring:
Please bring your gloves (we will have spares) and dress for the weather and the task.
Long trousers are advisable as there may be ticks and thorny vegetation. We also recommend wearing steel toe capped or sturdy boots rather than trainers.
Wear layers that you can remove if you get hot whilst working. Bring a waterproof as most of our sites have no shelter from the rain.
Please bring plenty of fluids and a packed lunch We will bring a tea kit and biscuits.
Please note:
Biscuits are served at all Chiltern Rangers sessions. Please advise if you have an allergy.
Sometimes there is a need for us to use power tools that can be noisy.
