We are delighted to invite you to join us for an interactive, virtual session about staff engagement. Did you know, globally, only 15% of workers are truly 'engaged' in their work? During this session we'll explore together with colleagues ;

• What staff engagement is

• The evidence of staff engagement and its impact in the workplace

• The 4 broad enablers of staff engagement

• Ways in which you can enable greater staff engagement, using tools and insights (some of which will be sampled as part of the session)

This session is open to all, but is particularly suited to line managers, and those wishing to engage their colleagues, teams and stakeholders using a variety of methods.

Joining and pre-activity

Before joining, you'll be invited to register as a participant on an online creative platform called MURAL. Instructions will follow and only basic IT skills are required to make use of the platform. We'll give you an easy check-in exercise to practice on MURAL before we start the session.
