Staff Gym Booking

From Monday 16th October 2023, the staff gym will be moving to the new physiotherapy department located in the new Leengate building.

Please book your 1-hour slot to attend the staff gym using this page. Booking is mandatory and staff will not be able to use the staff gym without prior booking.

The Staff Gym is FREE to use.

You will be signed-in by the gym instructor on your arrival. If you can no longer attend your booked slot, please cancel.

if it is your first time booking the gym then please email nuhnt.staffwellbeing@nhs.net with the code off the back of your NUH ID to gain swipe access.
