Why Join?
Working in the Youth Work Sector is deeply meaningful—but it can also be very demanding.
If you’ve been feeling the weight of stress or burnout, you’re not alone. This course is a gentle invitation to pause and reconnect with your own wellbeing. Moreover, it will help you consider ways you can share wellbeing tips with your colleagues.
What to Expect:
- A peaceful, welcoming space to relax and unwind.
- Simple, science-backed tools from neuroscience to help you feel better - every day.
- Practical wellbeing habits you can use at home and at work.
- Time to reflect, share, and recharge with others.
- A manual to take away to outline the activities we covered on the day – and more!
- Three follow up facilitated online support sessions to be re-inspired and share ideas of what works.
