About this event
Stage 1 Adoption Preparation - Notes for Social Workers:
- Each attendee will need a registration/ticket under their own name - e.g. when registering couples choose 2 registrations from the drop down list and provide both participants names
- On the registration page please provide your details (SW) under 'Contact Information'
- Enter attendees details under 'Registration 1' & 'Registration 2' (if applicable)
- Please contact us directly if your attendees are second time adopters, foster carers etc. or if there is any other information you feel we should know.
