Stage 1 Adoption Preparation - Notes for Social Workers:

Each attendee will need a registration/ticket under their own name - e.g. when registering couples choose 2 registrations from the drop down list and provide both participants names

On the registration page please provide your details (SW) under 'Contact Information'

Enter attendees details under 'Registration 1' & 'Registration 2' (if applicable)
