Sometimes things don't go smoothly in a mediation. This development session explores what might go wrong and why. Looking at early warning signs, preparation and options for your response, David Walker MBE will deep-dive into how to avert escalation of a situation and get things back on track.

Suitable for mediators in any sector (neighbour, workplace, family, etc) this session will build your confidence to support clients through their difficulties and find a workable way forward.
